Debit Card Tips - If your debit card is lost or stolen, contact us immediately at 641-355-2217. If after bank business hours, contact Shazam® at 800-383-8000.
- Record each transaction in your check register, but not while at an ATM.
- Always save your receipts.
- Compare your account records with the statements you receive so you can report any discrepancies as soon as possible. You have a limited number of days to do so.
- Do not lend your debit card to anyone.
- Do not share your PIN (personal identification number) with anyone.
- Do not write your PIN (personal identification number) on your debit card.
- Protect your debit card as though it were cash.
- Do not provide your debit card number to anyone who calls you or claims to be from the bank. Bank employees will never call and ask for your debit card number.
- Be mindful of your surroundings when using an ATM.
