Report a Lost/Stolen Card

If your ATM/debit card is lost or stolen, notify us immediately by calling our Customer Service Department at (641) 355-2217 or toll free at (800) 374-0664.

If the Bank is closed, call Shazam immediately at (800) 383-8000 and take the following options:

  • Press #1 to report a card lost or stolen.
  • Follow the prompts as appropriate.
  • A Shazam Representative will take your information, deactivate your card, and contact Clear Lake Bank & Trust Company the next business day.
